Senior Quantity Surveyor - Office Fit-Out, MRICS, London

TED Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a small but growing firm in the City of London. You will be handling various office fit out projects and taking ownership of live projects through completion. The ideal candidate is MRICS qualified with around 2-3 years of experience in a UK PQS firm.

The right individual will have strong communication skills, a good attitude, and a desire for autonomy in managing projects valued up to £30m. Salary is negotiable between £60,000 and £70,000 plus benefits.
