Senior Quantity Surveyor - NEC4 Lead (K30 Tie-In)

Bilfinger UK is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management for the K30 Tie-In works in Hull. The role requires controlling costs, measurements, and contractual changes, working closely with the Head of Commercial and Change Manager to ensure accurate forecasting and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will ensure that work is correctly measured, valued and recovered under NEC Option B, with robust records and proactive risk management across the project
