The role

This is a senior commercial position within a contractor operating across high-value AMP8 water and utilities schemes. You will take ownership of commercial performance while supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff.

• Leading commercial delivery on major infrastructure projects
• Managing NEC contracts, compensation events, and risk
• Producing cost forecasts and reporting to senior management
• Supporting development of QS and AQS team members

Ideal experience

• Water, utilities, or heavy civils project background
• Experience operating at Senior QS level
• Confident managing commercial risk and performance
