Salary: £50k-£60k

A Tier 1 Contractor are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £150m Crossrail Depot in London. The ideal Candidate must have a solid history of Groundworks and Building experience as well as a good understand of the NEC form of contract.
The project has two and a half years remaining and offers the opportunity to grow within one of the top 5 largest contractors globally.
The Ideal Candidate should possess:
- Main Contractor Experience
- Groundworks/ Building Experience
- Solid understanding of NEC form of Contract
- Degree Qualified (Preferred not essential)
- Rail experience (Preferred not essential)
The role will also involve:
- Reporting
- Measure and Value
- Cost Control & Budget Management
- Record Keeping
- Forecast Cost to Completion
