Senior Quality Lead, GMP/NPI & Scale-Up

Next Generation Recruitment is seeking a Quality Lead for product and manufacturing with broad exposure across development, scale-up, and commercialisation. Based in the Midlands, the role is onsite and requires hands-on QA leadership across GMP manufacturing and analytical activities.

You will oversee deviations, CAPAs, change controls and investigations while supporting GMP manufacturing, NPI and product development. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
