Senior Quality Assurance & Compliance Lead

Berkeley Group seeks a Building Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality assurance across our developments in Taplow and surrounding regions. You will support the Head of Quality Assurance, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring strict documentation and compliance with project requirements.

You will review contractor QA plans, manage NCRs, and work with project managers and subcontractors to promote a strong quality culture.
