Senior QS & Commercial Lead - Residential Homes, Oxford

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager for a residential developer in Oxford. The role encompasses commercial management on multiple new build projects from inception to completion, reporting to the commercial director.

The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years' experience with a UK residential developer, a degree or masters in Quantity Surveying, and RICS/CIOB membership would be desirable. Salary is negotiable DOE and interview dates are imminent.
