About the Role

The Senior QA Manager(Nights) will play a key role in maintaining andimproving food safety and quality standards during night shifts.This newly created role strengthens our technical oversight acrossboth high-care and low-care areas, ensuring compliance with foodsafety regulations and customer requirements.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals toensure food safety and compliance
• Manageinternal audits, corrective actions, and continuous complianceimprovements
• Collaborate with key stakeholdersto drive food safety and quality initiatives
• Identify and mitigate food safety risks, implementingpreventative measures
• Maintain accuraterecords and reports to track quality performance
• Ensure adherence to retailer standards and managecustomer concerns effectively

AboutYou

Thisrole is ideal for a proactive and experienced QA professional withstrong leadership skills and the ability to manage high-pressuresituations.

Key Skills

• Proven experience in amanagement role within the Technical function of a foodmanufacturing business
• Strong knowledge offood safety, HACCP, and BRC standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solvingskills
• Ability to work independently and makesound technical decisions during night shifts
• Food Safety Level 3 & HACCP Level 3 (Level 4preferred)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday,22:30-06:30 (flexible start and finish)
