Senior QA Engineer

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a fast-growing global fintech delivering high-performance software and data solutions to clients worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the quality and reliability of cutting-edge applications in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test plans for frontend and backend systems
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts
• Work closely with software engineers to identify, document, and resolve defects
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including planning, deployment, and regression testing
• Ensure high-quality releases in low-latency, event-driven environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Senior QA in complex software environments
• Strong experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
• Knowledge of API testing, microservices, and cloud-based systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to mentor junior QA team members
