Senior Python Developer - BioTech

Looking for a Senior Python Developer to help scale a global cloud-based data analysis platform used in genomics and bioinformatics.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain cloud-native Python applications (FastAPI, Django, Flask, or Tornado)
• Work with bioinformatics scientists and engineers to deliver scalable data analysis tools
• Manage large-scale data systems (100s of TBs) and integrate with AWS services (ECS, Fargate, DynamoDB, Batch)
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure (GitLab, AWS CodeDeploy)

What you'll bring:

• Strong Python web development experience
• Solid cloud deployment skills (especially AWS)
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Bonus: background in bioinformatics or scientific computing
