Incursio is seeking a Senior PvP Manager to lead the network's PvP division within Minecraft Operations. You will shape strategy, oversee gamemodes like Modern Practice, BoxPvP, and KitPvP, and coordinate across Development, Community, and Growth to deliver balanced, high-quality experiences.

You'll mentor staff, manage managers, plan long term updates, seasonal content, and a roadmap for PvP across the network, ensuring competitive integrity and player engagement at scale.
