Senior Public Health Leader for Older Adults & Equity

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Senior Public Health Practitioner for Older Adults to lead innovative health projects, aiming to help older residents live longer, healthier lives and reduce health inequalities. You will work within the Public Health Team, collaborating across agencies to translate data into actionable strategies and improve wellbeing for vulnerable populations.
