Senior Pub Chef

We're on the lookout for a talented, driven Senior Chef to take a leading role in our busy, well-loved pub in the heart of the New Forest. If you're passionate about fresh, seasonal food and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, this is a role where you can really make your mark.

The Role

This is a hands on position where you'll work closely with the Head Chef (or lead the kitchen if required), helping to deliver consistently high quality dishes to a high volume service. You'll be instrumental in maintaining standards, mentoring junior team members, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy periods.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Chef or strong Sous Chef in a busy pub or similar environment
• Passion for quality, locally sourced food and classic pub dishes done exceptionally well
• Ability to handle high volume service without compromising standards
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, team focused attitude
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety
