WSP is seeking a Senior Proposals Coordinator to lead opportunities through the Work Winning Lifecycle, coordinating bid programmes and deliverables with a team of professionals. You will support bid managers to develop high-quality tenders, align with brand guidelines, and maintain a dynamic knowledge library.

You will collaborate with technical leads and proposal experts, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to AI-enabled processes across all stages of the bid lifecycle.
