Senior Property Sales Negotiator - Luxury Real Estate

PEAR Recruitment is seeking a Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator for a boutique estate agency in Kensington & Chelsea. You will manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to completion, negotiating offers and driving results to meet targets. About you: circa 2 years' residential property sales, deep local market knowledge, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Salary £25,000-£35,000 with OTE up to £70,000. Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, every other Saturday 10am-4pm.
