Senior Property Portfolio Manager - Wimbledon SW19 
A well - established, Innovative and highly successful Property Company based in Wimbledon SW19 are currently recruiting for a proactive, experienced, professional Senior Property Portfolio Manager.You will be responsible for ensuring that your portfolio runs smoothly.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Managing day-to-day operations such as tenant communications, lease administration, and addressing queries or issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinates maintenance and repairs, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and monitors property performance against agreed targets. The role involves supervising and guiding junior property management staff, collaborating with landlords and investors on asset strategies, and preparing regular reports on occupancy, income, and operational costs.
- Contributes to process improvements, supports marketing and lettings activities, and maintains strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Liaising with lawyers on property legal matter, dealing with legal enquires
- Working with external valuers.
- Coordinate with project managers / planning consultants and engineers on ongoing projects and new development scheme.
- Services span traditional lettings, commercial real estate management, property operations, and asset optimisation, portfolio refinance, development management, commercial lettings, daily dealings with lawyers, clients, architects, surveyors and all estate and block management 3rd parties.
- The team oversees the full lifecycle of each asset, from marketing and tenant sourcing to maintenance coordination, compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Strong property and asset management experience, including landlord and tenant relations, lease administration, and portfolio oversight.
- Proficiency in property operations, such as maintenance coordination, health and safety compliance, and service charge or budget management.
- Experience in residential and commercial lettings, including property marketing, tenant sourcing, and tenancy onboarding processes.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant UK property legislation, regulations, and best practice standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders professionally.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple properties and deadlines.
- Comfort with property management software, CRM tools, and basic data analysis for reporting and performance monitoring.
- Prior experience in London's property market is highly desirable; professional property or real estate qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site across London as required and maintain a client-focused, solutions-driven approach.
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary range will be:between £40,000pa to £45,00pa basic
