Senior Property Manager - Manage 120-Property Portfolio

Pear Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 120 properties in Bromley. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, managing checkouts, maintenance inquiries, and coordinating with the Lettings Team.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, with on-site parking. A valid licence and a car are required to travel between properties. Salary is £30,000 - £40,000, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.
