Senior Property Manager - Care Homes & Compliance

Runwood Homes is seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety and compliance of a growing portfolio of care homes, ensuring environments are safe and well maintained for residents and staff.

You will work closely with Home Managers, Maintenance Operatives and external contractors to deliver effective property management across the group, lead multi-site operations, and ensure health and safety, building compliance and regulatory standards are met.
