• Managing and supervising a conveyancing team, providing ongoing advice and support.
• Handling your own caseload of residential property files, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Ensuring compliance with the full residential conveyancing process.
