Context - project scope


  • Site laboratory relocation (from 2 into 1 larger facility within Seville, Spain. Operating in a highly regulated industry.
  • Incl new facility layout (optimized for efficient workflow) + construction works to deliver state-of-the-art facility for aerospace, space and defense end markets
  • Organization of international packaging and shipment logistics



Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with sponsors, cross-functional teams, and lab reps to define scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline for the relocation and equipment commissioning.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure ROI and timely execution across workstreams.
  • Identify key needs from internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage project budgets and align outcomes with business goals.
  • Oversee risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure alignment of deliverables with a program outcomes and maintain key documentation.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of international logistics, industrial construction, site relocations
  • Accustomed to working in a highly regulated environment
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Working knowledge of APQP principles would be helpful but not a requirement
  • Successfully manage the project workstreams to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required Element quality standards using Stage Gate methodology.
  • MS Office tools, AutoCAD- facility modelling.
