€100-115k + transport/Allowance + Bonius

Required for leading developer who is currently underaking a large hosuing & apartment devbelopment in North Dublin.

Lead the delivery of high-density apartment and housing developments from pre-construction through to handover.

Responsibilities include programme and commercial management, subcontractor coordination, design oversight, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 5+ years' construction project management experience

• Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor background

• Experience managing €10m-€50m residential projects
