Senior Project Manager: Battery Gigafactory Fit-Out Lead

Wates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the fit-out phase of a major battery manufacturing gigafactory in Sunderland. You will manage the delivery from mobilisation to handover, lead project teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance on a landmark construction program in the UK.

The role requires proven experience in large-scale fit-out or industrial projects, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and budget control.
