Senior Project Manager

Lead the planning, delivery, and completion of a complex engineering upgrade and maintenance programme.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and performance reporting.

Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, including MoD, Babcock Marine, specialist contractors, and site management teams.

Provide project governance, progress updates, financial reporting, and risk management.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure compliance with defence, health & safety, environmental, and security requirements.

Support audits, assurance activities, and quality control processes.
