Senior Project Manager

I'm working with a growing Design & Build contractor in West London who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their delivery team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be heading up 3 live projects at any one time, typically ranging from £500k to £3m, delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out schemes.

The role:

• Full project lifecycle delivery (pre-construction through to handover)
• Managing multiple sites concurrently
• Leading site teams and subcontractors
• Commercial awareness and programme control

What they're looking for:

• Proven Senior PM experience in Design & Build fit out
• Strong CAT A & CAT B project background
• Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative, level-headed and solutions-focused
