You will collaborate closely with group-level stakeholders, leveraging group resources and expertise to drive transformative projects and operational excellence across Manor Farm and the Irish operations as a whole.

This role sits within Group Technology / Group Supply Chain and plays a critical part in delivering complex, high-impact infrastructure and facility programmes across our Irish operations.

Who You Are

You are a highly experienced project professional with a strong background in industrial or food manufacturing environments. You are comfortable operating in a centrally governed, group-led delivery model and have the technical confidence to lead complex design, construction and compliance activities from concept through to commissioning. You are someone who:

  • Brings 10+ years' experience delivering industrial or food manufacturing projects
  • Has a strong grounding in construction, permits, engineering and regulatory compliance
  • Is structured, detail-oriented and commercially aware
  • Engages confidently with regulators, professional advisors, contractors and senior stakeholders
  • Thrives in a role with clear governance, accountability and high standards
The Role

As Senior Project Manager - Design, Construction, Engineering & Compliance, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, engineering coordination, construction delivery, and regulatory compliance of capital programmes on behalf of Group Technology / Group Supply Chain.

Operating under Group Technology governance, you will ensure facilities are delivered in line with approved design intent, Irish and EU legislation, food safety standards and operational readiness requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Design & Engineering Delivery
  • Lead programme and projects, according to Scandi Standards AB concepts and designs, and construction coordination in line with Group Technology standards
  • Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, M&E and utilities design activities
  • Ensure food safety by design, including hygienic zoning, flows, segregation and cleanability
  • Support design reviews, technical approvals and design freeze milestones
  • Align design outputs with equipment and process strategies
Construction & Site Coordination
  • Manage day-to-day construction-phase activities on behalf of Group Technology
  • Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications and contracts
  • Oversee site safety, quality and programme performance
  • Coordinate interfaces between construction, equipment installation and commissioning
Regulatory & Compliance Management
  • Manage planning, fire safety, building control and statutory compliance activities
  • Lead engagement with authorities and ensure inspection readiness
  • Ensure all approvals, submissions and close-out documentation are complete and audit-ready
Programme Control & Reporting
  • Report progress, risks, issues and forecasts to the Group Supply Chain Director and Group Technology leadership
  • Support cost control, change management, and risk mitigation
  • Contribute to integrated programme reporting across design, construction, and compliance
Reporting & Interfaces
  • Reports to: Supply Chain Director (Group Technology)
  • Dotted line: Country Manager Ireland
  • Functional Governance: Group Technology

    • Group Technology (engineering, automation, utilities, standards)
