Senior Project Manager

Avenue are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for a well-established client in the Inverness area.

• Regular communication with clients and design team to ensure successful project delivery
• Working closely with the Commercial Team to ensure on budget project delivery
• Develop method statements and risk assessments in conjunction with the safety plan
• Sourcing labour and maintaining high productivity and quality workmanship
• Day to day operational planning and problem solving
• Ensuring compliance with the company Quality Procedure and Manual
• Preparing reports
• Ensure project KPI's are met
• Reporting contractual risk situations to Senior Management Team
• Supervising the quality of works throughout the project and handing over a snag free building

• A Construction or Civil Engineering related degree
• Significant project management experience in the Construction Industry
• Valid CSCS card
• Certified in SMSTS via CITB
• A member of the CIOB, iCE or CEng (Desirable)
