Senior Project Manager

We have a fantastic opening for a Senior Project Manager to join our Graphics Team.

You will be working at the UKs largest event space and number one exhibition venue. Home to your favourite shows and voted the AEO venue of the year 4 times, we host over 500 events each year, welcoming 2.3 million visitors and over 45,000 exhibiting companies!

About The Role

This role oversees the planning, management, and delivery of graphics and event media for public spaces and in-hall requirements at the NEC, ICC, and VOX. Acting as the single point of contact for organisers and exhibitors, it ensures exceptional service and customer satisfaction. The role is commercially driven, focused on maximizing revenue and margin, while maintaining strong relationships with outsource providers to enhance cost efficiency and delivery standards.

Day to day you will:

  • Oversee and manage the Graphics Project Managers and Installation team to ensure successful delivery of customer requirements.
  • Lead pre-planning and execution of organiser and exhibitor graphics/media needs across public spaces and in-hall areas.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including annualised hours, installation schedules, and event dates.
  • Identify customer needs to maximise sales revenue and margin through tailored solutions.
  • Act as a solutions expert across departments, supporting sales with design, production, and installation guidance.

About You

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the graphics industry, ideally within events or production.
  • Proven experience in line management, resource planning, and budget control.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong knowledge of large format print materials, digital media formats, and scheduling techniques.
  • Skilled in project planning, graphic design, print production, and installation.
  • Confident interpreting technical floorplans and producing visual presentations and artwork proofs.
