Senior Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager, to be based in London or Manchester on a full-time basis, reporting into the Head of Section.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage project scope, develop project charter, and plan deliverables, times, costs, and resources.
- Manage, monitor, and report progress against the project plan, ensuring consistent and transparent communication to Management and Executive Leadership.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and act as the key point of contact for the IAM Team.
- Identify issues and risks, analyze options, and manage impacts to mitigate delays, taking appropriate action to keep the project on track, leveraging support from stakeholders and management as needed.
- Manage changes to project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Establish effective project communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to find solutions and ensure end-to-end implementation.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks and their negative impacts.
- Ensure adherence to Munich Re's project management standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Multiple years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in IT-related project management, ideally in IAM or IT Security domains.
- Knowledge of IAM systems and technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, structuring, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to consider IT risk and security.
- Ability to work effectively across global entities and cultures.
