Role 1 - Senior Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Manage project documentation, reports, and communication effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise project delivery processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or consultancy industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, make sound decisions, and solve problems efficiently.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards is advantageous.
