We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager
to lead the delivery of high-profile IT transformation programmes. This is a customer-facing role where you will take ownership of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be accountable for governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation, while driving collaboration across internal teams, partners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mobilisation and delivery of complex IT programmes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring accountability and high standards of delivery.
• Drive collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure strict adherence to project governance, compliance, and security standards (SC, NPPV3).
• Produce project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking to support delivery assurance.
• Escalate risks and issues appropriately, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on delivery.

Essential Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex IT or technology transformation projects.
• Strong governance, planning, and financial management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior customer stakeholders in high-profile environments.
• Eligible and willing to obtain and maintain SC clearance.
• Full compliance with Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV3) requirements.
• Willingness to commute to London regularly and travel to customer sites as required.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience in government, policing, or secure environments.
• Prince2 / APM / PMP or equivalent project management qualification.
• Experience working within a professional services or systems integrator environment.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and deliver in fast-paced, customer-facing contexts.
