Reason for the request

• Within the Maintenance and Technology team, there is a temporary need for an additional project coordinator to manage current and future technical projects. Due to the ongoing expansion, management and renovation of the buildings and grounds on our campus, support is urgently needed.

Purpose of the function

• The project coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and follow-up of a number of technical projects, both in the context of maintenance, energy upgrading and new construction. This with a view to a sustainable, efficient and future-oriented infrastructure that aligns with our care objectives.

Task package

• Complete coordination of technical projects from A to Z.
• Determining outsourcing or internal implementation, including prioritization of activities.
• Monitoring and reporting of project progress to all parties involved.
• Converting internal customer needs into executable project files.
• Scheduling and estimating resources and time spent on work to be carried out internally.
• Including a technical section in tender files and evaluating tenders in collaboration with the Procurement Department.
• Annual evaluation and adjustment of the long-term maintenance plan.
• Contribute to the preparation of the multi-year maintenance budget.
