Senior Project Manager - High End Residential

A well-established Super Prime Residential contractor is looking for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join their long-standing team.

The Projects:

• Specialising in the luxury residential market, this business takes on projects in the £1-8m range.

• Current projects include a £4.2m full strip out and refurb of a small townhouse in Kensington, a £6.5m project in Fulham which involves a basement dig with a pool, roof terrace, full high-end fit out throughout, and a smaller £1m extension and fit out in Chelsea.

The Role:

• Due to the growth and expansion of the company, there's a need to hire a PM/SPM.

• You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of 2-3 projects, all of which will be at slightly different stages of their programme.

• Working closely and reporting into the Directors, you will lead a well-structured team of Senior Site Managers and an Assistant Project Manager working below you.

• Must be able to produce detailed programmes, confidently and professionally deal with UHNI clients, and liaise with the QS team to ensure the projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to the highest of standards.

• Salary in the region of £75,000 - £90,000 + Package.
