About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic team on a high-profile studio project for a leading corporate client. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver a complex construction project in London, overseeing both demolition and building contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design completion phase over a 6-month procurement period.

• Manage delivery of a £110m building contract and a £15m demolition contract.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to meet client expectations.

• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across the project lifecycle.

Key Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or corporate projects.

• Strong track record of delivering projects in both demolition and building contracts.

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in project management software and reporting tools.

• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive projects to completion.
