Senior Project Manager - RMO - French/German

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of large-scale commercial projects. You will play a key role in the supervision and delivery of projects. Our client is an institutional investor specializing in the holding and development of commercial assets, with a rapidly growing portfolio.Responsibilities:As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:- Assume the role of MO during project phases within the company.- Support the development and implementation of projects.- Identify project risks and assess the actions to be taken.- Manage tender documents, execution, and lead the implementation of execution.- Verify the contractual framework of external parties and implement measures for execution.- Oversee the various phases of the project, specifically submissions for companies, execution management, and the acceptance of the work in accordance with the project's objectives.Requirements:- A degree in architecture or civil engineering (EPFL, HES, or equivalent).- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, in general contracting and/or total contracting in Switzerland.- Solid knowledge of federal, cantonal, municipal regulations, and technical standards (SIA, VSS, KBOB, etc.).- Understanding and rigor in financial, technical, and legal project management.- Proficiency in project management tools and methods, with rigor in managing priorities.- Strong contractual ability, complemented by an entrepreneurial spirit and fluency in French and German.
