Senior Project Manager - Pricing - Dublin

Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to drive end to end project execution across internal business, technology, operations, and regulatory stakeholders. You will provide the leadership needed to synchronise complex workstreams across departments and geographies. Lead the coordinated delivery of additional pricing logic, integrated workflows, and multi system platform enhancements.
* Coordinate build and deployment activities across engineering, pricing operations, data science, and integration teams. Own RAID management, executive reporting, and financial/value tracking.
* Ensure SOX compliant approval workflows and audit readiness.
* Support PI Planning, backlog definition, sprint alignment, milestone definition and Agile ceremonies.
* Coordinate operational readiness and post release monitoring.
* Use your own initiative to manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of change, issues and roadblocks and provide key input into the decisions to coordinate mediation or defer.
* Develop and maintain project plans, tasks, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements.
* Partner with leaders across product, engineering, analytics, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure solution alignment
* Collaborate with finance and product teams to monitor and validate margin lift and automation gains attributable to this phase.

Essential:

* A proactive problem-solver with 15+ years of large scale project management experience across large, multinational organisations.
* PMP/Prince2/SAFe/CSM certifications preferred.
* Deep, hands on expertise leading major business transformation initiatives with complex technical solutions and cross platform systems integrations.
* Experience in scaled Agile/SAFe environments, including multi-team delivery.
* Strong executive level communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and manage senior stakeholders.
* Experience owning scope, budgets, timelines, and value realisation with strong financial and strategic insight.
* Highly self directed, collaborative, and effective in matrixed organisations, with experience driving enterprise scale projects through completion.
* Solid expertise in PMO practices, project methodologies and KPIs.
* Lean Six Sigma certified (Green Belt or higher) with demonstrated ability to apply LSS methods to large scale projects.
* Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy related field is a bonus.
* Proficiency with modern product/project management tools (eg, Jira, Rally, Confluence, Aha!)
