Senior Project Manager - Defence & Nuclear Programs

Hythe Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programmes in Defence and Nuclear sectors from bid to delivery. You'll interface with clients, delivery teams and senior management to ensure value, quality and schedule alignment.

The role balances strategic governance with hands-on project leadership, mentoring PMs, embedding Hythe's standards, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.
