Job Description

Project Manager - UKG Pro WFM

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation experience to lead a global rollout for an international manufacturing organisation.

This is a substantial delivery role covering multiple countries and sites operating around the clock. You'll bring together technology teams, business stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver a reliable workforce management solution.

The role
You'll own the integrated project plan, budget, risks and dependencies, coordinating delivery across UKG configuration, integrations, infrastructure, testing and site readiness.

Working closely with People, Payroll, Operations and IT, you'll manage:

  • Delivery of timekeeping, scheduling, absence and accrual functionality.
  • Integrations with HR systems, local payroll platforms and reporting tools.
  • Readiness of physical clocks, access-control dependencies and site infrastructure.
  • End-to-end testing, user acceptance testing and payroll parallel runs.
  • Deployment planning, cutover, contingency arrangements and post-launch support.
  • Supplier performance, scope, change control and operational handover.
You'll lead through a Matrix structure, challenge delivery assumptions and give senior stakeholders a clear view of progress, risks and decisions.

What you'll bring
  • Proven experience managing UKG Pro WFM implementations, including relevant UKG Dimensions experience.
  • A track record of delivering complex technology projects across multiple sites or countries.
  • Experience in manufacturing or another environment with shift-based, hourly paid workforces.
  • An understanding of time and attendance, scheduling, payroll interfaces and workforce processes.
  • Confidence coordinating technical specialists across integrations, data, security and infrastructure.
  • Strong supplier management, governance and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience taking projects through testing, deployment and transition into support.
Experience with Kronos Workforce Central, Boomi, complex payroll environments or food manufacturing would also be valuable. A recognised project management qualification is desirable.

You'll need to be comfortable travelling to sites and working across international time zones during key delivery stages.
