They are now expanding their Netherlands-based team and looking for a Senior Project Consultant to take on challenging projects within the public sector.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Lead strategic consulting projects within government bodies, municipalities, and public institutions

Drive operational improvements, digital transformation, and organizational change

Work across multiple roles, including consultant, project manager, and program lead

Deliver engaging presentations, training sessions, and workshops to share insights and best practices

Play a key role in business development, contributing to proposals, client pitches, and industry events

What You Bring

A solid background in Project/Programme Management experience in the public sector, focused on digital transformation.

Strong knowledge of organizational strategy, process improvement, and change management

Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)

A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work
