Senior Programme Wellbeing & Psychosocial Lead

WSP is seeking a senior, programme-facing leader to integrate wellbeing and psychosocial risk into major programmes across the UK&I. You will influence governance, workforce performance and client outcomes with senior leaders and delivery teams.

You will lead on mobilisation, governance and risk management, shaping culture and leadership behaviours while collaborating with Programme Directors, executives and partners across landmark programmes.
