The role

Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations

Location: Amsterdam or UK (Hybrid or Remote)

We're looking for a Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to help scale a high-performing global recruiting function. This role focuses on process optimization, reporting, and candidate experience, partnering directly with vertical recruiting leaders (Tech, GTM, Product, and G&A) to drive operational excellence across all hiring teams. You'll ensure our recruiting programs, insights, and processes work seamlessly across verticals-enabling recruiters and hiring managers to move faster, make better decisions, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain global TA reporting and analytics, tracking funnel health, speed, and candidate satisfaction.
• Map and continuously improve recruiting processes to drive consistency and scalability across verticals.
• Partner with the TA tools owner to align process design with systems (Greenhouse, HiBob, Metaview, GoodTime, SHL, Survale, LinkedIn).
• Lead candidate experience programs informed by Survale feedback and other data sources.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding and TA leaders to align candidate touchpoints and messaging globally.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in TA Operations, Program Management, or Recruiting Excellence.
• Proven track record improving recruiting processes and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong analytical mindset and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for enabling recruiting teams to deliver a world-class candidate experience.
