The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping how our workforce learns, adopts, and activates AI.
Position SummaryThe Senior Program Manager, SparkAI will lead the design, development, and execution of global AI skilling, literacy, and enablement programs. This role combines program design, learning experience development, AI product enablement, and change management. The ideal candidate is deeply knowledgeable about AI, passionate about capability building, and skilled in orchestrating complex cross-functional programs that reach thousands of learners.
This leader will also play a key role in driving AI adoption across tools and solutions-supporting teams, business units, and the SparkAI Ambassador Network in building confidence, competency, and responsible usage.
What you'll be doing Program Design & Development (AI Skilling, Literacy & Development)- Working with our Senior Learning Solutions Manager to build and evolve a multi-tiered AI learning ecosystem, including foundational literacy, role-specific learning, advanced pathways, and certification programs.
- Help translate the AI strategy into scalable learning programs, toolkits, and resources informed by user insights and business needs.
- Collaborate with L&D, Product, ITD, HR, and business units to embed AI competencies across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with product teams and business leaders to support adoption of AI-enabled tools (e.g., copilots, content AI tools, automation features).
- Drive activation through playbooks, onboarding flows, internal campaigns, live enablement sessions, and feedback loops.
- Work closely with the SparkAI Ambassador community to localize adoption and surface real-world use cases.
- Support business teams in identifying AI opportunities, overcoming adoption barriers, and using tools responsibly.
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, stakeholder management, and measurement.
- Manage timelines, governance, risk, communications, and cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure programs are scalable across regions and functions, with consistent quality and measurable outcomes.
- Establish impact metrics and continuously optimize programs based on data and feedback.
- Develop change and communication strategies that build trust, address concerns (e.g., job displacement fears), and promote responsible, confident use of AI.
- Craft compelling narratives that make AI approachable, practical, and relevant.
- 5+ years in program management, L&D, digital transformation, or AI adjacent fields.
- Experience designing large-scale learning or capability building programs.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts-especially applied AI, generative AI, and responsible AI.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders across global, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Comfort working in fast moving environments with evolving technologies.
- Experience working with ambassador networks, change programs, or community enablement is an asset.
