Senior Program Manager - FTC, EU ATS Programs

Amazon Operations is looking for a detail oriented, methodical, technically skilled, innovative, hands on, and customer obsessed Sr. Program Manager. In this role you will encourage innovation in Amazon's operations network, define, scope and implement new ideas to deliver the highest quality customer experience while minimizing cost and improving speed of service. You will work on defining the business strategy to transform the current operations environment while influencing senior leadership on the direction for the operations business.
Key Job Responsibilities- Own a program from scoping to implementation and oversee end to end delivery.
- Collaborate with a team of Sr. Program and Product Managers to coordinate requirements, align with corporate goals and contractual obligations.
- Define, prioritize and plan resources and technical requirements to deliver programs on time.
- Generate program adoption and ensure effective implementation with external stakeholders.
- Write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis, write specifications, and define product development from design to release.
- Maintain clear, precise and regular communication with all stakeholders, including ongoing status reports and requirement capture.
- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems.
- Monitor project execution and ensure delivery meets quality and target dates, maintaining overall program integrity.
- Work effectively within distributed teams, demonstrating strong communication and motivation.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in program or project management.
- Experience leading process improvements.
