Role in VMO - Agile Portfolio Management Office

As a key member of the Value Management Office (VMO), you will drive coordination, governance, and reporting across the VLL portfolio by championing Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices. You will support delivery within an Agile Release Train (ART), managing critical deliverables such as Statement of Work (SOW) and customer engagement.

Technical Skills
  • Portfolio dependency and stakeholder alignment
  • Participation in ART ceremonies like PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
  • Coordination of 'Off-ART' Dependencies and alignment with ART plans
  • Management of vendor deliverables and supplier relationships
  • Development of agile portfolio reporting and metrics
  • Supporting governance and continuous improvement processes
Experiences and Qualifications
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Certifications: SAFe Agilist or equivalent, SAFe LPM, AgilePM, PMP, or similar
