Senior Production Operator FMCG Line Leader (4/4)

Barfoots of Botley is seeking a Technical Operator to support the efficient running of our production lines in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Cell Leader, you will oversee line operatives and agency workers, ensure timely data capture and implement short interval control (SIC).

You'll work 4 days on, 4 days off in a temperature controlled facility (3 to 5ºC). The role requires practical experience with packaging machinery, strong communication and organisational
