Job Description

TXM Recruit is partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Senior Production Manager - Production Support Services in Milton Keynes. You will own key operational areas including Corrosion, Paint, Test and Production Support Services, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of customer projects.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead multiple production teams, drive operational excellence, and deputise when required.
