JOB TITLE : Senior Product Owner LOCATION : Edinburgh Join Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Product Owner in our Workplace Digital Lab, within our Workplace & Retirement Platform, where our mission is to help as many customers as possible achieve a financially secure and fulfilling retirement. Within the Workplace & Retirement Platform, we operate a few specialist Labs focused on meeting the workplace pension needs of members, employers and advisers. Our aim is to work together to create exceptional workplace pension experiences and become the UK's leading workplace savings provider. Your primary responsibility will be to release of incremental value across our workplace employer pension propositions, ensuring we deliver digital solutions that genuinely support employers in their role as pension administrators.In this role, you'll own a focused product backlog and break work into small slices of valueWe're looking for a candidate with strong experience in the Workplace Pensions business, as this is essential for the role. You'll bring a solid understanding of how Workplace Pension products, processes and customer journeys operate in practice, particularly through the Employer lens. In addition, you'll have at least 2 years' experience as an Agile Product Owner, confident in owning a backlog and delivering digital solutions. Experience in building or enhancing digital journeys is important, though secondary to deep pensions expertise.Handson experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments is required, along with strong stakeholder skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Clear and confident communication, a practical problem-solving mindset, and familiarity with areas such as data migration, online servicing platforms, or permissions and entitlements would be valuable.
