Job Description JOB TITLE: Senior Product Owner SALARY: From £76,194 LOCATION(S): Leeds or Birmingham HOURS: Full time WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site About this opportunity We are looking for a Senior Product owner in our Private Banking & Tech Modernisation Lab. UK Private Banking are on a customer focussed strategic growth and transformation journey, helping the Group's Affluent and High Net Worth personal customers achieve their financial goals and aspirations across multiple brands. The Private Banking & Tech Modernisation Lab are key to this journey and we're looking for someone to join the team to help take us forward. What you'll be doing Able to explain the priorities on which the team are working, both to business partners and other Labs. Strong coordination with other POs is required ensuring dependencies are accounted for and appropriately prioritised in their backlogs Be accountable for delivery against the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and / or revision of the OKRs based on new data and findings Shape the Product vision ensuring that the offering and its solution capabilities address customer needs without creating new ones (avoiding failure demand) Lead pivotal initiatives, technical releases, customers, and collaborators with dedication Ensure that the non-functional elements of products are considered (robustness, performance, scalability, usability, extensibility, ease to maintain and configure, ease of integration etc.) Encourage team to test and learn by producing easy to use prototypes and MVPs and trialling them in a model office environment Like the modern Britain we serve, we're evolving. Consistent track record in delivering technology change across software and infrastructure. Ability to work effectively with technical and cross-functional teams. Excellent influencing skills and stakeholder engagement. Strong dependency management and effective risk and issue resolution. And any experience of these would be really useful Good understanding of customer service and banking products. Technical Literacy.
