• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or related field
• Strong experience in scientific informatics, digital product management, or R&D systems
• Experience supporting small molecule and/or biologics focused workflows, e.g., registration, data pipelines, data products, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross functional product initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
