Job Description
Senior Product Manager -

Lead the end to end product lifecycle for key areas within 's portfolio, shaping the future of hotel distribution technologies, tailoring experiences to new customer segments and geographies, and driving gamified engagement to deepen customer interaction. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping travel experiences for millions of customers and hoteliers worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Champion the user: Represent the voice of the customer and advocate it to internal teams and partners.
  • Identify gaps in organization, technology, product, design, and data to unlock significant improvements.
  • Shape product vision and strategy: Develop deep knowledge of the user and competitive landscape to set long term direction.
  • Drive product execution: Build, prioritize, and manage a product roadmap, translating vision into clear requirements and collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Lead and influence: Demonstrate grit and resilience to align stakeholders inside and outside the product team; contribute to inclusive department culture.
  • Communicate with clarity: Deliver concise, organized communication to convey complex concepts and strategies effectively.
  • Apply technology acumen: Work with engineering and data science leaders to adopt latest technologies and drive improvements.
  • Leverage data and metrics: Use data analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning to identify opportunities for enhanced customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience, delivering complex, high impact products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven ability to set and align long term product vision across multiple workstreams with strong storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills using data to drive decision making and strategy in a B2C environment.
  • Deep understanding of technology trends, including AI/ML applications, and a demonstrated ability to promote AI adoption.
  • Experience leading 0 1 product launches, navigating ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
  • Experience championing the user and identifying opportunities for step change improvements in customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen with experience in financial modelling and product profitability.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or hotel related products.
Compensation

Salary range (Chicago): $161,000.00 to $225,500.00, with potential to increase up to $257,500.00 based on performance.
