Job Description

Lloyds Banking Group seeks a Senior Product Manager for Credit Cards Engagement & Retention to lead a team of Product Managers and Strategy Analysts across the credit card portfolio, shaping propositions and lifecycle strategies using customer insights and data.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Data, Technology, Operations and Risk to drive multi-channel engagement programmes and deliver sustainable growth, while mentoring your team and influencing senior decision-makers.
